Joseph is a brilliant boy who comes from Turkana County, Kenya. He lives with his mother and father. They live in a palm thatched mud house in a communal land. They fetch water from a community borehole whose water is not safe for child consumption as it is salty. His mother is the primary caretaker and breadwinner of the family who depends on burning and selling charcoal. However, the annual income derived from the charcoal selling activity is below 360US dollars which is not enough to cater for the family’s basic needs. His mother decided to seek assistance from the office. Joseph is enrolled in a primary school and he likes colouring while his favourite game is hide and seek. He would like to become a great business person in future and help the needy in the community. Your support will bring a lasting change to his life.
