Fatou is a disciplined village girl living with both parents in a remote village of the Guinean countryside where access to electricity and health facility are challenge. They mainly live by breeding, little commerce and traditional farming from which they earn about $370 USD as annual income. The above yearly income cannot help them to meet even their basic needs. Despite, Fatou is in good health and is attending the school in the village and is doing her best. The child enjoys playing with dolls or jumping with her friends around the yard when not at school. She sleeps with the siblings on a wooden bed under mosquito net. Helping Fatou will provide an opportunity to develop her potential.
