Ibrahima Traore is an unfortunate victim of tragic circumstances. Their Village was devastated by a rebels attack. Schools, health centre and houses need to be rebuilt. He is an orphan. His father was an agricultural labourer, who grows rice in the raining season. Now he lives with his family who also are farmers. With an annual irregular income of USD 260; this revenue is not sufficient to cope with family members basic needs. They dwell in a three-roomed house using candles to light at night and fetch water from nearby stream. Ibrahima is presently attending primary school and is in grade three. He shows special interest in calculation and dreams of becoming an accountant, but has no external aid. Mohamed helps his family to pound rice when not playing football with his school mates. Ibrahima sleeps on a sofa lacking a coverlet. Ibrahima would be appreciative of generous support from a caring sponsor so that his life will be more hope-filled.
