Winifridah lives with both parents and her three brothers. They live in a two roomed house made out of unburnt bricks with grass thatched roof. The family practice subsistence farming. They grow maize as their staple food crop. The mother sometimes sells some vegetables and bananas at the local market to increase the family income. However, the little income earned which is about $450 is not enough to sustain them and to provide daily needs for the family. This is why the mother has enrolled the child into the program. Winifridah is in school and she enjoys learning math. She enjoys playing with clay toys. Your support to her will surely enhance her living standard and that of her family.
