Tesseh is a young and cheerful girl. She is from a small village in the extreme north northern part of Sierra Leone. She lives with both parents in a small hut of two tiny bedrooms. The house is built with mud bricks and old zinc roof. The house lack toilet and bathroom facility. She sometimes goes to school late. She has only one uniform for the whole academic year. Her father taps the locally brewed palm wine from palm trees which the mother sells to cater for the family. Their minimal income which is very low is not enough to cover their basic needs. She is healthy and lives happily with her peers. Tesseh and family are looking forward to have the opportunity to live a better life and improve their standard of living and the community as a whole.
