When ChildFund begins work in a community, we team up with a local partner organization to start a sponsorship program, connecting sponsors like you to specific children in need of support. In addition to helping your specific sponsored child, your gifts fuel everything the community program provides, from clean water to healthcare to better schools. This work usually lasts at least 10 years, with programs designed hand-in-hand with local people to meet the community's unique needs.
