Jonathan is a brilliant young boy comes from the northern part of Kenya, Turkana County. He lives with his mother, father one brother and one sister. They live in a palm thatched mud house in a communal land. They fetch water from a river whose water is not clean for human consumption thus pre disposing the child to water borne diseases. The breadwinner is the mother who depends on mat weaving activity. The family also practices charcoal firewood selling and charcoal burning as a livelihood supplementation economic activity. However, the annual income derived from this economic activity is below 360 US dollars which is not enough to sustain family basic needs. His parents resolved to approach the office for assistance. Jonathan is not enrolled in school since he is not of school going age. Jonathan likes playing with improvised toy cars with his friends at home. He would like to be a lawyer when he grows up. Your support will bring a lasting change in his life and the entire family.
