Shadrack is a charming young boy who comes from the northern part of Kenya, Turkana County. He lives with his father, mother, three brothers and two sisters. They live in a palm thatched mud house in a communal land. The family fetches water from a river which is saline and not clean for human consumption and thus predisposing the child to water-borne diseases. His mother is the breadwinner of the family who depends on firewood selling activity. While his father practices herding activity as a livelihood supplementation project. However, the annual income derived from this economic activity is below 360 US dollars which is not enough to sustain family basic needs. His mother therefore decided to approach the office to seek further assistance. Shadrack is not enrolled in school since he has not attained school going age. While at home, Shadrack likes playing with improvised toys together with his friends. His parents would like him to become a bank manager when he grows up. Your support will bring a lasting change to his life.
